CAP Spring Break

It is always nice to have a nice summary of an event to remember, but having someone else do it for you, is always better. See the great work that the guys from online casino reports have made and I am one of the stars there ;) Thanks Daniel, Kate and Avishai.

Why affiliates cooperate with us

Affiliates are in for the money. The ones who cooperate with us believe in our MCPA (multiple CPA) model and believe that over the long run they will make more money than sending a player to a property for a one time commission.

During the last 2 months, since we went live we were successful in recruiting over 100 active affiliates. Most of them have already generated revenue with us.
It became apparent that our Affiliation program provides some additional benefits that are very appealing to mid size affiliates:

• B4Playing has super affiliation agreement with most of the leading properties. We deal with the properties, we negotiate the deals, and we collect the money and pay the affiliates a single payment once a month.

• Through our reports, that are accessible to our affiliates, they can learn the level of their traffic. We provide with online statistics as per how many have downloaded our software, how many users were generated and how many depositors. Many affiliates are in the dark as per how much traffic they have generated through their website. The B4Playing reports help them in understanding their business.

• B4Playing is negotiating, on behalf of its affiliates, exclusive bonuses. These bonuses are usually available to the largest affiliates in the market. Cooperating with B4Playing provides our affiliates with an access to these exclusive bonuses.

• Our filterable charts providing the best tool for players to select their poker tournament of choice optimize their online casino bonus and get alerts as per progressive slots.

• Now, with release 1.1 affiliates who would like to get their website logo on B4Playing van do so. This clickable logo ensures that the users will go back once in a while to the affiliate website to search for new information.

• Users prefer to log into affiliates websites as they get exclusive bonuses which are not available if they log directly to the property website. B4Playing aggregate these exclusive bonuses into a single chart.

90% of B4Playing users and players are being generated now by affiliates.

FUD

The Internet affiliation model has unique characteristics, so I learn, as I am exposed to that for the first time.

Beside some very large affiliates, who run a pretty large scale operation, most of the affiliates are small shops, mostly run by the owner. That's how they make their living and some (or maybe many) are doing very well.

Most of the small, mid size affiliates are online marketing experts and as such they are not dependant on technology but on specific/unique marketing knowledge that brings them traffic and results.

We have introduced a unique affiliation model based on a Multiple CPA (MCPA) model. This model became feasible as we have developed the technology (our desktop client) and it supporting backend. We offer affiliates to promote our client to players and share part of our CPA revenue.

While we see a tremendous interest (we have 300 affiliates who pre-registered and 60 who became official B4Playing ones since we open our system 5 days ago) I see a lot of FUD and especially in some forms. Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. Well, this is typical when a novel idea is introduced and it is intensify when it effects a one man shop (where you cannot share views and responsibilities with others).

We are here to resolve the number one problem of any affiliate. Through our client they "own" the user for the first time and they travel with him and keep accumulating CPA whenever the user moves from one property to another or adds a new property. We believe that as we make progress the FUD effect will be eliminate.

One of the affiliates (mid size) who signed up 5 days ago brought us so far 22 users. One user opened accounts in 4 different Poker rooms and the other one opened accounts in 3 poker rooms. This specific affiliate has earned 7 CPA fees. This is exactly what the MCPA model is all about. Seems that our unique chart with scheduled poker tournaments is appealing to players.

A word about competition

What will happen if somebody will come up with a competing product?

What is your window of opportunity?

Who are your potential competitors?

Well, my view is very simple: if you do not have competition it is probably a sign that your market is either too small or its revenue potential is too low.

We have heard again and again "how come nobody didn't think about it before?".
My view is that great ideas are very simple.

We are acting in an unlimited market. 20M+ players are active and this number is growing. There is a room for some players. My only focus is to bring the best value to our users. The rest will follow.

Our market has a long food chain. I am not sure competition is the most accurate word for this market. How about coopetition? (hmmm, new word cooperation with competition). We cooperate with the properties, we are recruiting poker affiliates and casino affiliates and we service our users.

Somebody is volunteering to compete?
