B4Playing in the Isle of Man

To the one who don’t know, B4Playing is resides in Douglas in the Isle of Man (IOM). IOM is located between Ireland and the UK (above Liverpool line). Around 80,000 people live in a rather cold weather. The island is a beautiful place and we recommend you to put it on your future travel plan. Visiting Party Gaming’s Headquarters

As part of our work we like to strength our relationship with our partners. I had went to visit at the Party Gaming headquarters. About 45 min by taxi – London is still very busy even at around 10am!!! Party Gaming is located in a very nice and secured building covering 2 floors and over 120 employees. I had met with all of the marketing team and also with the account managers working in a nice open space. I had a great business meeting and we have progressed towards our goals with Party Gaming. B4Playing at ICE

Although ICE is most suitable for operators and not affiliates, lots of people from the industry like to visit there to see the offline as well as the online creation of the software providers. This was a great opportunity to meet people we miss later on at the CAP. Actually it was very hectic there at Wednesday, thousands of people running around. I was able to setup 6 meetings that day at the ICE and progress.

While I was traveling

Yesterday (Thursday) I was waiting at Heathrow airport when an accident occurred. A British Airways Boing 777 coming from the far east landed without landing gear. There was a drama as no one really knew what had happened, people were calling relatives to let them know they are fine and that the airport is now closed. 30 min later we found out that about 18 passengers were slightly injured and that 1 runway will be open within the hour. So first it is great that it ended this way (interesting to know what really happened). This is not something you would want to hear when you are just about to enter a plane :o
